Welcome to our website (www.conrad.co.uk is the “Website”). The Website is provided by the Conrad Group Holdings Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our” for short). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12502570 and our registered office is at Connaught House 1-3 Mount Street London W1K 3NB. “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Website.

We have set out the terms under which we are providing you with access to the Website. These include the terms and conditions that govern: a) your use of the Website (including your rights to link to the Website) as set out in these terms (the “Terms of Use”); b) how we will use and protect information about you (see Section B: “Privacy Policy”); and c) our use of cookies on the Website (see our separate “Cookies Policy”).

Collectively these documents are termed as the “Terms and Conditions”. By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We expressly reserve all rights in and to the www.corad.co.uk domain name and all related domains and sub-domains, the names Accord, Insight, FiRE, Conrad, Artavia, MKH & Netizen, our logo, service marks, trading names and/or trade marks. Other trade marks, products and company names mentioned on the Website may be trademarks of their respective owners or licensors and the rights in such marks are reserved to their respective owners or licensors.

6) Reliance on Information Posted
Materials posted on the Website are not intended as advice and should not be relied upon as such. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such information to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.

7) Our Liability
To the fullest extent permissible by law, we exclude and disclaim all warranties, terms, conditions and representations that might otherwise be implied by law in relation to this Website. In particular we do not represent or warrant that the Website will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Section (b) – Privacy Policy
1) Privacy and your Personal Data
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and clients. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform you how we gather, define, and utilise your Information (as defined below) and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

It applies to Information collected by us, or provided by you, over the Website at www.conrad.co.uk or in any other way (such as over the telephone or in an email). 2) What Information do we Collect

(a) by supplying us with the Information as listed above, on an individual basis by completing a ‘send an enquiry’ form on the Website, or joining our mailing list; and

(b) by corresponding with us by email, in which case we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

This is statistical data about browsing actions and patterns and does not identify you as an individual.

If you upload your CV using our Website, or otherwise supply your CV to us (so called “Career Information”), we may process what is classed as sensitive personal data for the purposes of the Act. We will only collect and process sensitive personal data in so far as it is necessary to comply with our obligations and/or to ensure that we conform with legal requirements for example under equality of opportunity laws.

In order to fulfil our obligations under the Act we require your explicit consent to be able to process sensitive personal data.  Unfortunately, if you disclose sensitive personal data to us but do not provide us with your consent to process that data we may be unable to proceed with your application.

We will use the Career Information that you provide to us to assist in our recruitment process.  It is our standard practice to retain Career Information for all applicants for a reasonable period following submission, or for longer in the case of a successful application, where Career Information will be retained in accordance with our standard employment procedures.

By using the Website you consent to our collection and use of the Information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. You may request access to all your Information that we collect and maintain in our database by emailing contact@conrad.co.uk. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy.

8) Security
We take data security seriously and have procedures in place designed to prevent loss of or damage to data that we hold.
