Our Team

After a start in retail and three years in real estate in the US, David began working in the travel industry.

In 1988, he opened Conrad Advertising. The business grew organically and by acquisition, eventually becoming Accord Marketing, a digital marketing agency specialising in travel and tourism.

David chairs the recently re-named holding company, Conrad Group Holdings. It is the vehicle with which he and the team are building a group of synergistic and exciting companies that are profitable and resilient, providing opportunities and returns for everyone involved.

Jack spent seven years in VC-backed, early-stage technology, digital and media businesses ranging from outdoor advertising to AI.

His experience in operations, commercial structuring, fundraising and tech will prove valuable to sellers and those remaining with their business post-acquisition.

Jack Sitwell

Jack spent seven years in VC-backed, early-stage technology, digital and media businesses ranging from outdoor advertising to AI.

His experience in operations, commercial structuring, fundraising and tech will prove valuable to sellers and those remaining with their business post-acquisition.

After earning his degree at Northeastern University in Boston, Louie spent ten years in creative, marketing and media-buying companies. He has worked both client and agency-side for large and small businesses, including Accord.

A recent graduate of the Chartered Management Institute, Louie is now using his experience and learnings to research, plan and strategise potential acquisitions and investments.

Peter is the CFO of Conrad as well as the Financial Director of Accord Marketing, bringing with him over 25 years of experience at senior management and board level,

Peter is a skilled financial director with a proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, start-ups and disposals, as well as commercially focussed day-to-day financial management and strategy. Listed as one of Finance Week’s Top 100 UK Finance Directors in 2006.

Peter Clark

Peter is the CFO of Conrad as well as the Financial Director of Accord Marketing, bringing with him over 25 years of experience at senior management and board level,

Peter is a skilled financial director with a proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, start-ups and disposals, as well as commercially focussed day-to-day financial management and strategy. Listed as one of Finance Week’s Top 100 UK Finance Directors in 2006.

Sally was a Director of Associated Newspapers for almost twenty years. She then ran her own management consultancy, earning an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring, and has been CEO of Accord Marketing for the past ten years.

A beacon for women in business, Sally brings with her over forty years of operational and client experience.

As well as co-founding ClearlySo, Europe’s leading impact investment bank and serving as a non-executive director for ten years, he is also Chair of the Investment Committee for Big Issue Invest and a principal at PCB Partners.

A Cambridge Economics Graduate, and all-round good guy, we are proud to have Tim as a member of the team at Conrad.

Tim has more than thirty-five years of experience in mid-market private equity with 3i, RBS private equity and latterly LDC, where he was a managing director.

As well as co-founding ClearlySo, Europe’s leading impact investment bank and serving as a non-executive director for ten years, he is also Chair of the Investment Committee for Big Issue Invest and a principal at PCB Partners.

Sean is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fortitude Advisors. He has 29 years of professional experience and has been focused on investment banking for the last 27 years.

Over the course of his career, he has personally executed dozens of successful M&A, equity and debt transactions for leading middle market companies. He has advised clients across the U.S. and internationally, including Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East.

Sean is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fortitude Advisors. He has 29 years of professional experience and has been focused on investment banking for the last 27 years.

Over the course of his career, he has personally executed dozens of successful M&A, equity and debt transactions for leading middle market companies. He has advised clients across the U.S. and internationally, including Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East.
