What the Best Companies Accreditation means
Best Companies is a leading employee engagement specialist, and their accreditation programme is recognised as the standard for workplace engagement. The programme uses a data-driven methodology to score organisations, based on feedback from employees on eight workplace factors including leadership, personal growth, wellbeing and fair deal.
At Accord, over 90% of our team completed the survey, reflecting how invested our people are in shaping a supportive and inspiring workplace. Plus, this year, every response had an extra impact as we donated to Dementia UK for each completed survey.
